Team Sharing is a feature that is available to Index subscribers at no additional cost. It allows a business to share access with team members so everyone can answer their business line, send and respond to texts, and help manage customer communication.
How it works
Team Sharing allows a business to share a single Index number with up to 5 team members for incoming calls and text messages.
- Each device will receive text messages and can reply simultaneously.
- The line will ring on all active devices and whoever answers first will be connected to the call.

- Incoming calls ring on all devices connected to the Team, so whoever is available can pick up the call.
- Any member of the team can use Index's business tools.
- Each member can see who responded, sent an Appointment or payment request, etc.
- Access to Index Web for texting and business tools.
- All communication history is automatically synced on all devices, so members can follow the communication thread and pick up where anyone left off.
Admins
- Full control over all billing and subscription details.
- Account management (such as closing the team)
- Sole responsibility for adding and removing members
- Ability to send invites.
