What is the Business Profile?

The Business Profile allows you to manage all the important information about your business in one location. It also makes it easy to share your business information through other Index tools. Below, you can find more information on how to get the most of this feature.

Setting up and editing your Business Profile

To view/edit your Business Profile: 

• On the mobile app: Settings > Business Profile.
• On Index Web: Click  > Business Profile

Using Auto-Reply with your Business Profile

If you're unable to answer a call or text, you can pair your Business Profile details with an auto-reply message. For example, your custom auto-reply can let customers know what hours you are available, or direct them to your website or social media for more information.

Using Do Not Disturb with your Business Profile

Note: The Do Not Disturb feature is available for Index iOS subscribers only at this time.

You have two options when it comes to using Do Not Disturb:

1. Outside Business Hours
2. Always

Setting the Do Not Disturb feature to "Outside Business Hours" will automatically link the business hours you've set in your Business Profile, to silence calls outside of those times.

Setting the Do Not Disturb feature to "Always" will simply silence all communication indefinitely (until you disable it).
