No, if you previously closed, deactivated, OR deleted your account, you will be unable to have it reopened.
If you would like to use the app moving forward, you will need to create a new account. This account will not include any call and messaging data you may have had previously.
Note:
- Index Support will not be able to reopen the account, as this action was permanent when you went through the close account process.
- Upon deleting your account, you were informed that this is a permanent action, resulting in the loss of your Index number and all data, including messages, voicemail, and media, will be permanently deleted.
