I subscribed but cannot use my account

If you have already paid, but do not see any active subscriptions in your settings or are unable to use the service, this could be caused by a couple of reasons:

• You removed and reinstalled Index.
• You changed devices.

iOS subscribers:

If you're an iOS user, your first step is to restore purchases. This will re-sync any previous Index purchases you've made through iTunes. Here's how:

1. Index Settings. 
2. Tap Subscription.
3. Tap Restore Purchases.

If you are an Android user and are unable to use your account after subscribing, please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below.

*Android Users: 

• Index does not support OS versions below 8. While you can still use the app, you will no longer be able to install any new versions of the app from the Google Play Store, which often contain bug fixes or updates to the existing features or functionality.
• Recommended: Upgrade your device's OS to 8 and above to receive any future updates to Index.

*iOS Users:

• Index does not support iOS versions below 15. In order to use Index, you must have iOS 15, 16, or 17+ on your device.
