We understand the value of separating customer contacts from personal contacts. As an Index subscriber, the only contacts that will show in the app will be your business contacts. Your personal contacts should stay in your phone's address book only.
iOS users only: If you need to save an Index contact to your iPhone's address book, please see the article How do I save a contact to my iPhone? for instructions.
Existing Sideline subscribers who migrated to Index
The Sideline contacts you've communicated with previously on your account will be automatically saved to your Index Contacts so as long as you download and log into Index using your SIDELINE login info (don't create a new account).
The following information is copied from your contacts to Index when you import:
- Any contact fields (any contact info you have associated with a contact)
- Notes* (Android only - current iOS bug. You may experience issues with Notes not copying over with Index iOS. We have identified this as a bug and are working towards a fix.)
