How to unsubscribe from marketing notifications

From time to time, Index Marketing will send messages and tips on how to use the app. If you'd like to remove these marketing messages temporarily or wish to no longer receive these messages, you can do so by following the steps below. 

Choose the TYPE of marketing messages you wish to disable (in-app notifications or marketing emails).

To stop receiving Index marketing push notifications or other messages from us:

1. Access your Index app 'Settings'.
2. Scroll to 'Content Preferences' and tap.
3. Tap 'Content Notifications' to toggle on or off at any time. 

To stop receiving messages from OTHER companies: 

1. Reply to the message with "STOP" / "QUIT, "CANCEL" or "UNSUBSCRIBE"
2. You will immediately be opted-out of receiving their messages.

If you want to unsubscribe from Index marketing EMAILS, follow the steps below. 

Note: This will NOT unsubscribe you from certain "account-related" emails. These emails are NOT considered marketing emails and are sent to you to assist with password recovery, help you gain access to your account, etc. 

To unsubscribe to marketing emails:

1. Open any promotional / marketing email you've received from us.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the email, where you'll find an "Unsubscribe" link.
3. Click on the "Unsubscribe" link. This will take you to a page where you can confirm your decision to unsubscribe.
