Once you've created a new scheduling page, you have the following options with an existing scheduling page/appointment type:
- Copy Link
- View
- Edit
- Delete
Copying an appointment link
Allows you to copy the appointment link so you can paste and send it as a text message to your clients.

Viewing an appointment link
Allows you to view your booking link from the client's perspective. You can also book an appointment on behalf of the client through this process.
Editing an existing appointment
- Index Settings.
- Under Tools, select Appointments.
- On the Scheduling Pages screen, select the appointment you want to edit.
- Make edits to any one or more of the fields.
- For details of what each field represents, visit Editing an Existing Scheduling Page
- When complete, select "Save & Exit"
Deleting an existing appointment
- Index Settings.
- Under Tools, select Appointments.
- On the Scheduling Pages screen, select the appointment you want to edit.
- At the bottom of the page, select "Delete Page"
Important: Once you delete the page, this will not cancel the existing appointment types that are already scheduled; it will only prevent future clients from being able to select this when booking. That is why it's important to notify any clients whom may be impacted by this.
