How to remove a pending or declined invite

There may be times when you need to remove a pending or declined team invite as the Team Admin. These invites count toward your 5-member team limit, so remove them if you need to add more members.

FYI: This article applies to Team Sharing accounts only.

To remove a pending or declined invite: 

1. (Admin) View Index Settings. 
2. Tap "Team Sharing" to view your Team's list of members. 
3. Tap the three dots next to the pending or declined member's name.
4. Tap "Remove"
5. Confirm your selection to remove the pending or declined invite.
