If you are changing your Apple ID, switching Google accounts, or moving from iPhone to Android (or vice versa), your subscription does not automatically move with you. Since billing is handled by the app stores, you will need to manually transition your subscription to your new account or device.

If you wish to switch your Apple ID for billing purposes, follow these steps to ensure your subscription is linked to the correct account.
Step 1: Cancel your current subscription
Open iPhone Settings.
Tap on your Name.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose the subscription, then tap Cancel Subscription.
Step 2: Purchase a new subscription with your New Apple ID
Sign in with your new Apple ID in your iPhone settings.
Open our app and navigate to the Subscription section.
Select your desired subscription plan and complete the purchase.
Apple to Google (iPhone to Android)
If you initially subscribed on your iPhone and are now switching to an Android device, your billing remains tied to the Apple App Store.
If you still have access to your iPhone/Apple ID, you can leave it as-is, but management must happen on an Apple device.
If you will no longer have access to your Apple account, you must cancel and resubscribe via Google.
To switch over:
On your iPhone: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.
On your Android: Once the Apple subscription expires, open our app and resubscribe through the Google Play Store.
Google to Google (Changing Google Accounts)
If you wish to switch the Google Play account used for billing, follow these steps.
Step 1: Cancel your renewal
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you want to cancel.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions.
Step 2: Purchase with your new Google account
Sign in with your new Google Play account on your Android device.
Open our app and navigate to the Subscription section.
Select your desired subscription plan.
Google to Apple (Android to iPhone)
If you move from an Android to an iPhone, your active subscription will continue to be billed through the Google Play Store.
If you no longer have access to your Android device or Google account, you must cancel that subscription to avoid being charged indefinitely for an account you cannot manage.
To switch over:
On your Android: Go to Google Play > Subscriptions > Cancel Subscription.
On your iPhone: Once the Google subscription period ends, open our app and resubscribe through the Apple App Store.
