How do I unblock a number?

Note: If your account is blocked/restricted and you'd like to submit your account details for our Support team to review, please fill out the form HERE.

To unblock a contact, simply send them a message and that wil remove the block instantly

FYI: The Index app does not contain a viewable list of the numbers you've blocked. If you can't remember the blocked phone number, please contact support by submitting a request below.

Include the following information in your request so we can verify your account:

1. Index number.
2. Registered number (the mobile number associated with your account).
3. An approximate date/time the block was placed on the number.

If your contact has accidentally blocked you:

That person will need to contact our support department and confirm they want the block on your number removed. We will then be sure to provide your contact with instructions on how to lift the block.

Note: Once a block has been set, any previous call or message history associated with that contact cannot be recovered by you or Index Support.
