Team Sharing Limitations

With the many benefits of Team Sharing accounts, there are some restrictions that we want to highlight before you sign up for a Team Sharing account. 

Below, we cover exactly what Team Sharing accounts are not compatible with at this time.

Limitations with Team Sharing Accounts:

1. A max of 5 team members can be added to one team. 
   • This includes the Admin or any pending invites. 
2. Cannot be used with Call Forwarding. 
3. Cannot invite persons who have an existing Index/Sideline/TextFree/Pinger account.
   • They will receive an error message & will need to close their current account before they can join the team. 
4. Landline numbers cannot be invited to a team.
5. VoIP/WiFi Calling is not available.
6. 'Forward Calls to Voicemail' setting is not available. 
7. 'Call Announcement' feature ("press 1 to answer the call") cannot be disabled. 

In addition to the above limitations & incompatibility with certain settings:

Members who are not the Admin cannot:

• Send invites
• Manage billing or subscription details
• Close the team
• Remove team members
