Why are my calls and texts temporarily paused?
Your outbound communication has been temporarily paused due to an increased volume of messages, calls, or reaching out to a larger number of contacts. During this temporary pause, you won't be able to place calls or send texts, but you'll still be able to receive them.
Using industry best practices and automated tools, limitations may be imposed on a case-by-case basis.
Warning suspensions
You may receive a temporary pause if you are approaching your calling or messaging usage thresholds. These short pauses serve as a warning and help prevent longer suspensions by giving you time to slow down your activity.
When can I use my account again?
Your account will be temporarily paused for a specified date and time as indicated in the red banner at the top of your inbox (pictured below).
