The Appointments feature lets you easily share your business calendar link with customers via text.
Note: You must have a 3rd party calendar solution to use this feature (e.g. Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, etc). Index does not offer a custom scheduling or appointment management solution.

- View Index Settings.
- Tap Appointments (Setup)
- Tap Continue.
- In the "Appointments Message" box, you can enter a custom message (or leave the default one as-is)
- This message will display along with the calendar link as a text message.
- In the "Appointments Link" box, enter (or paste) your calendar booking link.
- Examples: Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, etc.
- When complete, tap "Save"
Note: If you enter an invalid link, you'll receive an error message and cannot save until you correct the link.

Tip: If you've previously set up Appointments but want to update your calendar link, click the drop-down arrow to view Settings > click Appointments > input your new link > Save.
