The Appointments feature allows you to quickly share calendar availability with customers via a convenient link (see visual below for an example).
Note: You must have a 3rd party calendar solution to use this feature (e.g. Calendly, Zoom, Google Meet, etc)

Index Mobile
After you've added your shareable calendar link to the Appointments feature (in Settings), you can share that link easily using the Appointments button in the Index toolbar (as pictured below).
Tip: You can customize your booking link message anytime. To do so, visit Index Settings > Appointments > Edit Message then enter your custom message (up to 500 characters allowed) > Save.
From within the conversation:
- Tap on the
(Appointments icon) within the conversation (or in the compose message screen).
- Your custom message and calendar link will be displayed in the text message field.
- Click the arrow to send (you can always edit/delete the message if desired).

Index Web
Index customers who have access to Index Web can also share their booking link from the Web (The process is the same as mobile).
From the inbox and within the conversation:
- Click the
(Appointments icon) on the bottom toolbar within the conversation.
- Your custom message and calendar link will be displayed in the text message field.
- Click the arrow to send (you can always edit/delete the message if desired).
