Auto-Reply to Texts is an Index setting that allows you to automatically send a personalized text response to incoming messages that includes your business logo and other details. It helps to let your existing or prospective customers know you've acknowledged their text and will be in touch with them shortly.

iOS users: iOS subscribers have the ability to link their Business Profile information to their custom 'Auto-Reply to Texts' response. This helps to share additional business details (such as business hours, website URL, etc) with customers when unavailable.
To enable Auto-Reply to Texts:
- Index mobile Settings.
- Scroll and tap Auto-Reply to Texts.
- Tap the toggle switch to enable.
- Tap the 'Default' Auto-Reply to edit (if you wish to customize your response) or select 'Create New' to create a new Auto-Reply message.
- Tap 'Add My Logo' to upload your business logo.
- Type in/edit your custom Auto-Reply response (maximum of 160 characters allowed).
- Once you've entered your custom text response, tap the box next to 'Paste Business Profile Info' (optional) or leave the box unchecked.
- This will automatically paste your Business Profile details under your custom response each time it's sent.
- Tap Save.
Please Note:
- You can save up to four Auto-Reply messages at a time.
- The same recipient will only receive your auto-reply text once every 24 hours (they won't keep getting the same Auto-Reply each time they send a new text message).

- Tap the pencil icon to edit the 'Default' Auto-Reply (if you wish to customize your response) or select 'Add a Custom Reply' to create a new Auto-Reply message.
- Tap 'Add My Logo' to upload your business logo (optional).
- Type in/edit your custom Auto-Reply response (maximum of 160 characters allowed).
- Tap Save.
Please Note:

- Index Android subscribers cannot link their Business Profile info to Auto-Reply to Texts at this time.
