Auto-Reply is an Index setting that allows you to automatically send a personalized text response to missed calls that includes your business logo. It helps to let your existing or prospective customers know you've acknowledged their call and will be in touch with them shortly.

--Tab 1 Start--
iOS users only: iOS subscribers have the ability to link their Business Profile information to their custom 'Auto-Reply to Calls' response. This helps to share additional business details (such as business hours, website URL, etc) with customers when unavailable.
To enable Auto-Reply to Calls:
- Index mobile Settings.
- Scroll and tap Auto-Reply to Calls.
- Tap the toggle switch to enable.
- Tap the three dots to edit the 'Default' Auto-Reply (if you wish to customize your response).
- Tap 'Add My Logo' to upload your business logo.
- Type in your custom Auto-Reply response (maximum of 160 characters allowed).

Once you've entered your custom text response, tap the box next to 'Paste Business Profile Info' (optional) or leave the box unchecked.
- This will automatically paste your Business Profile details under your custom response each time it's sent.
- Tap Save.
Please Note:
- Ensure the custom response displays a checkmark (this shows that you currently have this response enabled with Auto-Reply to Calls).
- If you decide to attach your Business Profile to your Auto-Reply to Calls message, your attached logo and profile details are only sent to the same recipient every 15 days (and not after each missed call).

To enable Auto-Reply to Calls:
- Index mobile Settings.
- Scroll and tap Auto-Reply to Calls.
- Tap the toggle switch to enable.
- Tap the pencil icon to edit the 'Default' Auto-Reply (if you wish to customize your response).
- Tap 'Add My Logo' to upload your business logo (optional).
- Type in your custom Auto-Reply response (maximum of 160 characters allowed).
- Tap Save.
Please Note:
- Ensure the custom response displays a checkmark (this shows that you currently have this response enabled with Auto-Reply to Calls).
- If you decide to attach your Business Profile to your Auto-Reply to Calls message, your attached logo and profile details are only sent to the same recipient every 15 days (and not after each missed call).
- Index Android subscribers cannot link their Business Profile info to Auto-Reply at this time.
- Auto-Reply to Calls will only send out every 24 hours per unique phone number.

You can create and manage your Auto-Reply to Calls via Index Web.To enable Auto-Reply to Calls:
- Log into Index Web.
- Click the drop-down arrow (to the right of your Index number).
- Click Auto-Reply to Calls from the menu.
- Click Continue (if this is the first time using Auto-Reply to Calls)
To create a new Auto-Reply to Calls:
- Follow steps 1-4 above.
- On the Auto-Reply page, click the "Create" button on the top-right.
- Add a title (required).
- Add a logo (optional) via your computer.
- Write your Auto-Reply to Calls message (max of 160 characters).
- Click Save.
To view or manage your existing Auto-Replies:
- Follow steps 1-4 above to view the current list of Auto-Reply messages.
- Click the existing Auto-Reply you wish to edit (or select as default)
- Click Save.
To delete an Auto-Reply, open the reply and click Delete.
