We understand that there may be instances where you want to request a refund on your Index subscription. If you are requesting a refund, please first double-check that you have successfully closed your account and canceled your subscription to prevent further charges.
After you've canceled your subscription, please view the refund information below that pertains to your device.

You can request a refund in a couple of ways:
Via Google:
- Visiting Google's website and following the instructions on how to request a refund.
Via Index Support:
You can also request a refund from Index by reaching out to our support department and providing the following information:

- Copy of your Google Play receipt that shows your subscription purchase.
- Order Number for the purchase.
- Order Numbers should be in the format: GPA.1234-5678-9123-45678

At Index Support, we want to ensure your satisfaction. However, please note that we are unable to process refunds for iOS customers as all transactions are handled exclusively by the Apple/iTunes store. Therefore, if you need a refund for an Index subscription, we kindly ask you to reach out to Apple for assistance.
