Index & International Texting

We would like to support as many countries as possible, but due to outside considerations, we can’t support everyone. The list of countries that you can use Index to send messages to can be seen in the table below.

What about receiving messages?
You can receive messages from anywhere in the world. Whether or not we support the country should not affect your ability to receive the message. However, if you're not receiving messages from an international number, please consult your US Carrier for more info.

If the country you're looking for is not supported, but your friends have access to the US iTunes App Store or Google Play,  have your friends download Index. If you both have Index downloaded on your device you can text and call each other free as much as you want no matter where you are

Please note: We only support MMS to +1 (US destinations) at this time. 

*Due to Carrier rules & restrictions in Mexico, your recipient might experience issues with receiving text messages.
