Sign up for Team Sharing

If you are a new customer and want to sign up for a Team Sharing account, please follow the steps below. 

Tip: Have the person who wants to manage all billing, subscriptions, and invites be the person to create the Index account (as they will automatically become the Team Admin).

To create a NEW Team Sharing account:

1. Download Index from the App Store.
2. Create & subscribe to an Index Standard account (if you haven't already done so).
3. Once you've created your account, view your Index Settings.
4. Tap Team Sharing. 
5. On the pop-up screen, click continue. 
6. Your account will automatically convert to a Team Sharing account & you are now the Admin of the team and can start inviting members to join.

Existing Index accounts: Follow steps 3-6 above to convert your account to Team Sharing. 

Please Note:

• Team Admins are the only persons who can invite and remove members. 
• There is a max of 5 members that can be added to one team (this includes pending invites).
• There's no additional fee for inviting members to share your number. Your pricing will remain the same as your current subscription rate.
• Existing subscribers who convert their account)
  • Your Index number will not change when you activate Team Sharing.
