Porting into Team Sharing

You can certainly port your existing phone number into Team Sharing. With that being said, porting your number into Index before adding team members is recommended, as this will save you time & prevent you from losing your current call/message history. 

Accounts that do NOT have team members (i.e. no invites have been sent/accepted) at this time

• Follow the port-in steps seen HERE. 

Accounts that include team members (invites have already been accepted): 

1. Remove members from the team. 
2. Port number into Sideline.
3. Re-add team members by sending invites (max of 5 members can be added to a team).
