How do I change my Index ringtone?

Index offers a variety of ringtones to choose from which will help to distinguish your incoming Index calls from your device's phone number. Please choose a tab below for instructions on how to change your ringtone on Android or iOS.

--Tab 1 Start--

To change the ringtone for Index on your Android device: 

1. Go to your Index Settings
2. Tap Default Ringtone
3. Choose the ringtone you want for your incoming Index calls

Please Note: If you’re on the latest Android OS, and you can't save a ringtone to your device, check your device settings to confirm that storage permissions are enabled.

To change the ringtone for Index on your iPhone:

1. Go to your Index Settings
2. Tap Ringtone (under calling section)
3. A "Changing Ringtones" screen will pop-up >> Click Next
4. You will be automatically taken to your Incoming Index Call Contact (the number we use to route your calls)
5. Tap Edit on the top right of the Contact screen
6. Scroll and tap Ringtone
7. Choose the ringtone you want for your incoming Index calls
8. Tap Done when you have decided on a ringtone
