Mobile Chat
While logged into your Index mobile account, fill out a few details (name, email, and phone number on the account), and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Index Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat (iOS) or Contact Us (Android).
- (Android only) Select Chat.
You can email us directly from within the Index app:
- Index Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Email Support (iOS) or Contact Us > Email Support (Android).
- Enter a brief description of your issue and attach any relevant screenshots if available.
If you aren't logged in or don't have the Index app, you can email us at support@index.zendesk.com (please include a subject line and a description of your request with any relevant account details in the body of the email).
Web Browser
Locate the bubble at the bottom right of the Help Center to search for relevant Help Center articles to find answers to your questions.
Text us
Our text support hours are 6am-6pm PST Monday-Saturday.
Submit a request
Use the Submit a request form to send your request to the Index Support Team. The form can be found at the top of the Help Center and at the bottom of each article.
