From the Index app:
- Index Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat (iOS) or Contact Us (Android).
- (Android only) Select Chat.
Chat with the Index bot to find answers. If you need further assistance, you can connect with a live agent at any point during the chatbot conversation (if during normal chat hours).
