Tip: To ensure you are running the most recent app store version, please download/update Index regularly from the app store. We release new versions of the app every 2 weeks or so. We recommend enabling automatic updates (instructions for iOS and Android)

*Android Users: 

• Index does not support OS versions below 9. While you may still be able to use the app, you will no longer be able to install any new versions of the app from the Google Play Store, which often contain bug fixes or updates to the existing features or functionality.
• Recommended: Upgrade your device's OS to 9 and above to receive any future updates to Index.
• If your device cannot be upgraded to Android OS 9, unfortunately you will be unable to install Index on that device (e.g. Blackberry devices).

*iOS Users:

• Index does not support iOS versions below 16. To use Index, you must have iOS 16+ on your iPhone.

* Phone Number: We strongly encourage using a non-VoIP phone number to register, as the service is not guaranteed to function with a VoIP number. More information can be found here.
