Index subscribers get access to the business profile feature which contains important information and details about your business. This profile is always editable, so you can quickly and easily update your business information.
You can add/edit your business profile via Index mobile or Web.
In addition, Index subscribers can automatically share Business Profile details with customers when Auto-Reply to Calls is enabled.
The business profile contains the following editable fields (optional unless specified below):
- Business Logo
- First Name (required)
- Last Name (required)
- Business Name
- Business Phone
- Business Email (required)
- Business Address
- Website Link
- Customer Reviews Link
- Services & Rates
- Business Hours (see this article for instructions)
- Add Custom Info (see below for details)
Note: If you don't see all the editable fields listed above, please update Index to the most recent app store version.
Add Custom Info
This text field allows you to add specific info for your business. Some examples include:
- Social media
- Photo Gallery (Portfolio)
- Request estimate
- Rate my service
- IG/FB/Yelp/GMB/HomeAdvisor
After you've entered the title and text or URL, click Add to include it in your Business Profile.
