Index allows you to separate your business contacts from your personal contacts. This makes it easy to know who is calling you and helps you to prioritize your incoming calls.
Things to note: Index contacts and your phone's contacts are not designed to sync. However, we do have tools to
- Export Index contacts.
- Import contacts to Index from your address book.
- (iOS only) save Index contacts to your iPhone.
Contact Features
- Import contacts from your device's address book into Index.
- Create new contacts or manage existing ones.
- Save a new number to a contact that you already have in your address book.
- Search your address book by name, company name, or phone number.
Benefits
- Reduce contact creation effort by adding a contact directly from the Contact Panel (iOS users only) and by any new caller being added to your contacts.

How it works
Index Contacts are independent of your device's contacts so you can better separate and organize your business and personal phonebook.
When a customer calls or messages your Index number, that number will be automatically stored in your Index Contacts list to make it easy to build out your business contacts moving forward.
